All About Brighton

Founded in 1995 by Executive Producer Brad J. Fuss, Brighton Entertainment began with producing pilots for VH1 and has since evolved into a premier full-service production company for both digital and broadcast media, proudly based in New York City.

Beyond content creation, Brighton plays a key role in developing broadcast and digital infrastructures for a range of high-profile clients, including Time Inc. and Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts.

The Musial Awards

Since 2020, Brighton Entertainment has proudly produced The Musial Awards—a nationally televised event honoring the year’s most inspiring moments of sportsmanship. Named after Baseball Hall of Famer Stan Musial, the awards celebrate athletes and individuals who exemplify integrity, character, and class.

The show has recognized legendary figures such as Hank Aaron, Wayne Gretzky, Adam Wainwright, Albert Pujols, and most recently, Bob Costas. The Musial Awards airs nationwide on CBS, bringing these powerful stories to millions of viewers.

Music, Storytelling & Iconic Performances

Brighton has also produced and overseen a range of acclaimed music-focused series, including:

  • Songwriters Under the Covers with Victoria Shaw – A heartfelt look at the friendships and stories behind some of the most iconic songs of our time. Now airing on All Arts.

  • Setlist (MTV Live) – An emerging artist series spotlighting raw talent and fresh performances.

  • Front and Center (PBS) – An intimate performance series featuring legendary artists across genres.

  • Speakeasy (PBS) – A unique series of candid conversations with musical icons.

  • CMA Songwriters Series – Celebrating country music’s top stars and the brilliant songwriters behind the hits.​

Culinary Adventures Abroad

Brighton also brought food, travel, and culture together in On the Road in Italy with Vic Rallo—a visually rich series that explores the heart of Italian cuisine and heritage. Viewers journey through picturesque towns and historic regions, discovering traditional recipes made with fresh, local ingredients along the way.

Brad J. Fuss is an Emmy Award-winning producer and director with over 25 years of experience creating, directing, and managing programming across television, video-on-demand, Blu-ray, and all forms of new media. His work spans a broad spectrum of genres—including entertainment, music, fashion, fitness, news, corporate, and sports—encompassing production, development, and executive management.

Brad began his career as a Page at ABC Television Network, quickly transitioning into production with ABC Sports. He became part of their renowned, Emmy-winning Up Close and Personal Olympic profile unit. Over the years, he has held several high-profile leadership roles, including Supervising Producer for ABC Late Night Music Specials, ABC’s In Concert Country summer series, and the A&E Summer Concert Series. He also served as Vice President of Programming & Production for the startup Sports News Network before founding Brighton Entertainment, where he continues to lead as President and Executive Producer.
